Residential Site Valuation & Cost Approach

Designed to will help you gain insight and a knowledge of various theories and methodologies for determining site values and applying the cost approach in residential appraisal work. Advantages and disadvantages of the cost approach will be examined. Building plans and specifications, replacement vs. reproduction costs and methods for estimating accrued depreciation will be examined. 100% attendance is required.
