Life-Size Taxidermy is designed to give you hands-on experience in mounting small mammals for a new hobby or pursuing a career in taxidermy. You will mount a life-size fox squirrel, enriching the working knowledge of taxidermy principles that can be used to prepare all life size mammals.

Gain experience in the use of tools, materials, and techniques in the preparation of bird mounts. Learn materials needed for bird anatomy, knowledge of specific mounting techniques, bird reference materials, habitat references, preserving and displaying techniques, and finishing touches that lend to realistic mounts in authentic habitats. Bring your own legally obtained pheasant. Supply purchases required.
