 Prerequisite: FOOD-3506.

Continue your culinary journey. Demonstrations, paired with hands-on experience will cover vegetables in various cooking methods from frying to sauteing, plus meat techniques of braising, roasting and grilling. Establish basic baking with muffins, biscuits, and cookies. The class culminates with you submitting and preparing your unique recipe. Book required.
